For Landlords

At Everest our mission is to get the right type of tenants for your property, and manage the relationship as economically as possible with little complication for owners. When something happens that you need to know about we get you involved, but for the most part we handle it so you don’t have to.

• Facilitating marketing and showing 

• Screening potential tenants (In-person interview, credit / reference check)

• Lease signing

• Move-in and move-out inspection

• Collecting security deposit and monthly rental fees

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance

• Providing general monthly report, statement and receipt

• Dealing with complaints and solving tenant-related issues​

For Renters

 

We will help you find the place that’s right for you. Our experienced agents can set up an appointment for you to view properties you are interested in. We will walk you through application process and help you with everything needed before move-in, which will be simple, easy and smooth. We have dedicated staff to respond to tenant inquiries and follow-up when needed to ensure all issues are solved.

Key services include but not limited to:

• Scheduling and viewing interested properties

• Explaining the lease, rules and regulations

• Ensuring the property is ready to move in

• Communicating and responding promptly about concerns and requests

• Solving landlord-related issues

• Accepting a variety of payment options including cash, cheque, E-transfer or setting up a pre-authorized payment plan

• Conducting house inspection every six months to ensure health and safety
